Responsibilities primarily include taking inbound calls from new clients and our curent client base.
You will assist the clients with inquiries related to all aspects of their furry loved ones including but not limited to New client regristration New and current client appiontment scheduling Uploading Vaccinations and Signed Waivers to our system
- Heavy phone work
- Efficiently answer client inquiries by providing general information, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments, etc. via phone, online chat and tickets
- Document all accounts, update client demographics, and create new client records
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and quality customer service
