Work Location:

  • City of Industry with possible meetings at the corporate location in Downey, CA.

Essential Duties:

The Call Center Project Manager will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and implementing migration from Amazon Connect to a new Call Center as a Service platform with workforce management capabilities. The right candidate will also prepare RFPs, review and present proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analysis for recommendations. Create an implementation and testing plans that encompass all data and/or process elements for all user requirements. Prior experience incorporating customer journeys into solutions is desired.


The position is typically expected to consist of:

  • 50% project management, presentation and implementation
  • 50% gathering and documenting project requirements

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Demonstrated leadership of consumer experience and/or digital project planning and execution activities.
  • Includes coordination of projects and team members to achieve the objectives set by the team, ability to relate to, motivate and effectively lead a cross-functional team through a complex project.
  • Strong facilitation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence team members and stakeholders to achieve goals associated with successful project delivery.
  • Highly effective in intrapersonal communication, both written and verbal, with ability to work and collaborate across multiple teams, personality types and levels.
  • Effective problem solver that consistently maintains composure and confidence in the face of challenges and serves as a unifying force across teams and departments.
  • Highly motivated, organized, self-starter with focus on delivery of key project objectives with ability to work through challenges associated with large complex projects. Strong understanding of the call center industry and business and strategic goals.
  • Proven abilities to work with outside consultants and CCaaS vendors in the solicitation, evaluation, selection, implementation and roll out of telephony and workforce management solutions.


Minimum Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Required CCaaS and workforce management experience and a minimum 5 years of Project Management Experience
  • Training/License/Certification: Preferred: Excel, Project Mgmt, PMP
  • Must be able to communicate effectively

Location of Position: Preferred within 30 miles of Downey or Industry office locations
