IES Residential is currently seeking an individual to join our
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning team in Hudson!

Specific Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience managing a team of at least ten people- Experience working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Computer and technology literate
- Highly attentive; does not overlook the details
- Demonstrated ability to train others
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
