Summary/Objective of Call Center/Front Desk Coordinator
Call Center/Front Desk Coordinator Summary: Provide premier customer service ensuring pleasant patient experience with the following activities: scheduling, multiple phone lines, confirming appointments, Greeting/checking in patients and the right candidate will need to work/travel between two office locations, Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley and N. Calgary Ct., Post Falls Idaho.
Call Center/Front Desk Coordinator Essential Functions:
- Address the needs of patients in a fast-paced culture.
- Answer multi line phones
- Confirm appointments
- Schedule patients
- Obtains and documents in the system all information related to patient scheduling
- receives and distributes calls to doctors and staff
- Greet & Check in patients
- Must be able to draw valid conclusions, apply sound judgment in making decisions, and to make decisions under pressure.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
