JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, and additional training in business; considerable experience in a bookkeeping role. • Knowledge of standard bookkeeping and payroll procedures and ability to operate business machines; general computer proficiency and ability to stay current with software. • Knowledge of business English, spelling, mathematics, and office procedures. • Ability to work and communicate well, written and oral, with the public, employees, and vendors. • Ability to maintain orderly and accurate files. • Physical demands – must be able to sit the majority of the day; lift and carry twenty (20) to thirty (30) pounds infrequently. Job also requires some bending and stooping.

JOB DUTIES: • Is present at work every day and arrives at assigned time. • Demonstrates an attitude and demeanor that contributes to an atmosphere of harmony and goodwill in the workplace. • Works harmoniously with supervisors, school staff and district staff. 2 • Interacts in a professional manner with students, parents and staff. • Supervises preparation and service of all food in school cafeteria. • Utilizes established procedures for receiving and storing all foods. • Orders all food and maintains inventory. • Maintains defined standards of sanitation and safety for personnel, food preparation and acceptable cost controls. • Maintains required daily production records and meal count records for breakfast and lunch. Completes all required reports. • Promptly reports all accidents to Benefits Manager; completes accident report. • Efficiently performs all personnel functions; including maintaining required documentation of employee leave and attendance. • Accurately supervises all cash handling in operation. • Attends approved training programs, staff development activities, and all required meetings. • Complies with all requirements for mandatory reporting of child abuse, illegal harassment, or any criminal activity for which the employee becomes aware. • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,615.00 - $55,425.00 per year
