Primary Job Duties:
· Review and analyze architectural and structural plans to prepare concrete profile plans
· Assist in creating site plans which include crane plans, concrete pumping plans, logistics, and scheduling plans
· Make corrections based on Redlines
· Attend project start up meetings for project requirements and project scheduling
· Project site visits for training and forming systems review
· Submit RFI’s (Request for Information)
Requirements:
· Associates Degree in CAD/Drafting Technology or equivalent experience – PREFERRED
· Familiar with 3D Modeling
· AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu Experience
· Navisworks is a plus but not required
· Must be able to read Construction Plans.
· Attention to detail and precision for projects requirements
· COMPUTER SKILLS including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, and Outlook
· Excellent time management skills to detail and coordinate multiple projects
· Good math skills, visualization, and presentation techniques to convert structural drawings into concrete profile plans
· Able to diagnose and resolve drawing conflicts and errors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
