Cable Disconnect Technician

The RCH® service mark represents the services provided by the nation’s largest cable television retention Company. The company is looking for Field Technicians to service Dagsboro, DE and the surrounding areas.

Technicians are assigned accounts daily through a mobile device. At each stop, an attempt is made to speak with the customer at the home and collect a payment or make payment arrangements. If a payment collection is unsuccessful, we recover the digital equipment and disconnect the cable tv services while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicant Qualifications:

· Must have a clean & reliable TRUCK, VAN, or SUV with a ladder rack

· Must have current vehicle insurance for at least the minimum limits with you listed as a driver.

· Must have current vehicle registration to match the insurance coverage

· Must have a valid Drivers’ License; satisfactory driving record required

· Must be willing and able to communicate with the Local Manager on a daily basis

· Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs of equipment

· Must be able to comfortably use a 28’ ladder

· Applicants should have a neat and clean business casual appearance.

· Abide by all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations (including any COVID-19 related guidelines/mandates)

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
