Country Visions Cooperative is hiring a C-Store Manager to join its growing team in Branch, WI.

As a C-Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all functions of the store, including daily operations, recruiting and training, customer retainment, and developing retail sales.

Job Duties:

• Order and price store merchandise following proper procedures
• Assist in implementing marketing and merchandising promotions as well as developing sales-building displays
• Ensure the correct and timely completion of all assigned accounting reports and forms
• Confirm that all precautionary procedures with respect to the protection of employees and company

assets are adhered to

• Assist in setting written goals annually

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 3+ years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Must have a or be able to obtain a Food Service Certificate
