Larson Mercedes of Tacoma is looking for experienced sales associates (exceptions will be made) to help fill our staff as we are continuously growing to reach our next goals.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are ready to embark on a career that means more than just working a 9 to 5. Job duties will include
- The opportunity to work for a privately owned company rather than a corporation
- Must sell a minimum of 10 cars per month
- Must learn our sales process inside and out in order to maximize the opportunity that is walking through the doors.
- Meeting customers on the drive and taking them through the sales process
- Keeping up to date on the ever-changing product knowledge pertaining to Mercedes Benz
- Diligent follow up with recent and past customers
- Providing top-tier customer service at all times
- Keep customer satisfaction rating above the standard set by Mercedes Benz
- Become efficient in using the company's CRM (Vinsolutions) on a daily basis and making the required number of calls, e-mails and text messages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
