OVERVIEW:

This role exists to help shape the North America Commercial function, maintaining best in class merchandising and buying standards and determining the best product for the market. In this role you will be responsible for buying and managing the regional assortment; helping to drive growth and a healthy business in North America.

Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our downtown Denver, CO office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for:

• Administration and execution of product buys for North American region
• Developing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders and functions across the North American region and global
• Managing inventory flows to support the execution of monthly Open-to-Buy objectives and inputs
• Management and analysis of selling trends, reorder process within specific distribution center data
• Monitoring warehouse stock flow delivery timing
• Analyzing competitive landscape and market trends
• Site management – monitor eComm execution of product storytelling on site
• Placing purchase orders

Accountable for:

• Identifying white space opportunity and prescribing product fit for NAM consumer
• Increasing profitability and satisfaction of market needs
• Data reporting and analysis of competitive market trends
• Increasing sales performance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years in merchandising, planning or buying
• Experience in coaching and mentoring others
• Previous e-commerce and direct to consumer experience
• Advanced excel skills, with the ability to summarize large sets of data and decipher key takeaways
• Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships in person and via zoom

This role has a salary range between $71,000-$80,000 annually depending on experience.
