Wildfire Smokehaus at Zermatt, Utah Resort & Spa, located in Midway, UT - just minutes from Park City is seeking Bussers / Server's Assistants to fill part-time positions in our casual dining restaurant. Bussers / Server's Assistants will be responsible for clearing & resetting tables, replacing silverware, refilling beverages, serving bread, running food to tables, completing all pre-shift & post-shift side work, and assisting Servers with additional duties, as needed. Bussers / Server's Assistants must assist Servers in an experienced & knowledgeable manner, while displaying the highest level of guest service skills.
Previous customer service experience strongly preferred, and previous restaurant experience preferred. Must be able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs, must be able to stand, walk & lift for extended periods of time. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Utah Food Handler Permit. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing/able to work evenings, weekends (including Sundays) & holidays.
