- The Wilbur Mansion is actively searching for efficient, personable, and customer-focused service staff to join our team of professionals for the opening of Wilbur Mansion! Available positions include food runners, bussers, and hosts. The Wilbur Mansion is Bethlehem’s newest restaurant, event center, and boutique hotel located at the gateway to North and South Bethlehem. The Wilbur will be opening October 2022. Job Summary:

• Greet, direct, and seat guests in accordance with company service standards.
• Assist service staff with the initial setup of guest seating, including providing drinking water and/or coffee, ensuring proper place settings are available, and ensuring guests are comfortable.
• As food dishes are prepared and become available in the kitchen, coordinate with service staff to assist bringing food from the kitchen to the guest table.
• Act as a liaison to all servers, working between the front of house and back of house to bring items to guest tables, such as a requests for additional condiments.
• Clear guest tables of used table setting items such as silverware, used glassware and dishes, etc.
• Complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly. Clean and maintain all working areas and equipment.
