Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness of dishes throughout duration of shift.
- Wash dishes and set tables using the proper procedures and techniques.
- Have knowledge and experience with food safety standards.
- Clean equipment and kitchen floors.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
- Communicate with kitchen staff and bussing staff in a professional manner.
- Be willing to wash dishes at any time throughout duration of shift.
