Overview of Job Function:

Manage a global portfolio providing business process management and leadership across multiple business functions. Must have significant experience in designing and managing business process transformation, preferably in a high tech, complex global organization. This role will also work closely with senior management to understand their needs and identify solutions to address them. Provides thought leadership to the team and business partners to improve business processes preferably through LSS methodologies. This role could manage a small team in the future.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day execution of various cross-functional transformation initiatives and drives the milestones to realization.
  • Makes day-to-day program-level decisions and coordinates governance process in bi-weekly check-ins.
  • Maintains an integrated view of all initiatives and oversees tracking of risks.
  • Resolves issues - both within initiatives, but also when additional capacity or capabilities required - highlighting major progress and trade-offs to executive team for decision making.
  • Supports select initiatives as needed by developing hypothesis, conducting analysis, making recommendations, and developing practical solutions and actions.
  • Flags issues across functions and ensures consistent communication.
  • Builds and manages cross-functional teams and work with executives in highly dynamic situations.
  • Coordinates across multiple stakeholders and moving parts towards the larger goal.
  • Assists with preparing materials for Executive meetings.
  • Mentor and train junior Lean Six Sigma Green and Black belt training.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in managing business process transformation with 10 of those years of experience leading change.
  • 8+ years of leading, managing, and coaching people.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
  • Experience leading 6S Programs/Projects in Technology Services, Back Office Processes; HR, Ops, IT etc.
  • Proven experience with working with business in defining ROI for prioritization of work-intake and helping validate realization of benefit after the project completion.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex & contentious issues. Reach consensus & work through people to achieve key goals.
  • Ability to see the big picture; understands the implications of one’s actions; strategic thinking; ability to analyze future impact.
  • Aligns tactical priorities with the strategic priorities of Verint. Anticipates future trends and foresees consequences. Does what is best for the business. Thinks globally.
  • Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Promotes collaboration and builds cross-functional relationships. Removes obstacles to teamwork across functions. Fosters open dialogue.
  • Passionate about work, curious, and willing to take on difficult challenges.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% both domestic and international.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with financial modeling and data analysis and ability to collaborate with finance team.
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
  • Prior experience identifying and leading implementation of complex profitability initiatives across multiple environments and industries.
  • Proven track record of driving change; commitment to realization.
  • Ability to deal with both complexity and scale - can see the big picture, but also help make tradeoffs on the details.
  • Ability to prioritize across many different inputs in ambiguous situations to determine what matters, and when it needs to get done.
