JOB DESCRIPTION
Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with an Atlanta-area utility provider to identify a Business Technology and Process Specialist to join their growing team. This newly created position will report to the Assistant Controller and will work with employees across the company in all main departments.

About the Business Technology and Process Specialist’s role and the Company:

  • Headquartered in a north Atlanta suburb, the Company serves clients across 5 states within the southeast region

  • This role will be tasked with assessing and improving processes and will need to appropriately question and challenge the current state and recommend improvements in all areas of the business (mainly finance, operations/risk management, and member services)

The Business Technology and Process Specialist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build dashboards and reports in commonly used applications
  • Recommend improvements to streamline current processes and reports
  • Document existing and newly created processes
  • Develop new and improve upon existing applications in Power BI, Excel, and Oracle Business Intelligence
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

The Business Technology and Process Specialist’s Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business related field
  • 2+ year’s experience
  • Strong Power BI and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
