Lalor Family Dental is a growing, multi-office dental practice in the Greater Binghamton Area bringing over 50 years of experience in the dental field. We are looking for qualified individuals to join our rapidly growing Business Team.
Our Business Team Members work in our front office where they help check out patients, schedule appointments, and assist patients with financial arrangements and questions. In-house, paid training is provided.
We are looking for career focused individuals with positive attitudes and a patient-centered mindset. Willing to train the right person for a successful career and advancement. Candidates that want to grow to have a career as an office manager or team leader in the dental field and the desire to develop sill in all areas of the business are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for any one who has been a restaurant manager, retail manager, or has held a lead position. We can train you about the industry, but we like result oriented, ethical people that like to get stuff done and aren't afraid of hard work. Looking for people that like to lead by example and like to coach and develop others. Accelerated growth opportunities with this role are available for the right person.
Business Team members are eligible to receive a monthly bonus after their first 90 days of employment. In their first year the average monthly bonus is $200, second year and beyond the monthly bonus averages $550.
On average, Business Team members earn a raise in their first year and there is opportunity for more. For those wanting to learn and grow and who take the initiative they can earn multiple raises in their first year, this naturally puts them on the path to advancement.
