Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or other technical discipline
- 7+ years of experience in Application Support and business analysis • Adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the capability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong in-depth application knowledge
- Experience with Technical Design document, Financial Domain, Digital Payments is plus.
- Exceptional organization communication skills (written & Oral)
- Outstanding analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
- Critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Ability to write functional requirements and design specifications for moderately complex systems
- Ability to design test strategy and write test cases for moderately complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to have
- Experience with Technical Design document,
- Financial Domain,
- Digital Payments is plus.
