Castle is looking for wonderful, organized and caring Business Office Manager for Grand Hills Castle in New Berlin!

Position Overview
This person is responsible for providing support to the facility, which include but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and other human resources related duties. You will also track facility accounting changes, prepare and record all invoices for the facility, assist with new hire documentation as well as organize and maintain personnel, resident, marketing and other files as needed.

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Experience in CBRF setting with Dementia experience.
  • Experience working with phone systems and computer work preferred
  • An Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
