Vinco, a rapidly growing Las Vegas, NV construction company (specializing in telecommunications and electrical projects) is looking for a motivated Business Manager, Construction Services with direct and siginificant experience in the Las Vegas construction market. Experience in telecommunication construction is a big plus.

Qualified applicants will have

• A college degree in business, engineering, or in a construction-related discipline;
• Five (5) years of managing progressively larger and more complex construction projects/teams;
• Five (5) years of budget, P&L, and sales responsibility;
• Demonstrated ability to manage key relationships, including clients, business partners, government agencies, subtrades, and employees;
• Have a clear and solid understanding of the issues faced by the organization, including, but not limited to market conditions, financial and project challenges, client and subtrades issues, personnel recruiting and retention, and other relevant issues;
• Sound understanding of risk management;
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability along with sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills;
• Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid contract interpretation and negotiation experience, conflict resolution, and people management skills;
• Must be able to demonstrate and apply understanding of all aspects of construction processes;
• Effective written and oral communication skills; Strong sales, negotiating and interpersonal skills;
• Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office.
