We are growing and have created exciting new roles for Client Development Executives to support our Senior Client Directors across our Global business. These roles will provide critical commercial support to assist in developing deep and lasting relationships with our portfolio of primarily multi-national listed companies.

The Role will incorporate: -

*Business Development:

  • Creation of leads and opportunities by completing commercial and well-researched outreach to senior leaders of large corporates (primarily in HR/Talent Acquisition)
  • Map and research the global HR and TA teams of strategic clients and identify and pursue opportunities to engage with new stakeholders
  • Introduce and promote Armstrong Craven’s services in order to generate meetings with prospects who have a need, a budget and are decision makers
  • Booking business meetings with large corporates for your Director
  • Supporting your Director to develop long term relationships with senior leaders
  • Identify themes, trends and changes within clients, roles, markets or sectors
  • Attend business meetings and demonstrate the ability to meaningfully contribute with increasingly senior/complex stakeholders

*Sales support:

  • Work closely with your Director and clients to scope projects and identify and shape a viable and commercially attractive partnership
  • Draft proposals for projects, including working with our delivery and finance teams to provide indicative pricing models
  • Develop annual client development plans and ensure robust and thorough account management

*Marketing:

  • Produce well-researched and intelligent blogs on key talent topics – collaborating with your Director and our marketing team
  • Plan, market and execute events with target buyer communities (CHROs and TA leaders), including event follow ups and post-event appointment generation

Successful candidate

  • Experience in business-to-business sales, telesales, appointment making or customer service roles
  • Experience within HR, Recruitment or Talent would be desirable.
  • Fluent in business English with a second language useful (for APAC and Europe roles)
  • Good broad understanding of business and business terminology
  • Ability to demonstrate experience of holding conversation with senior leaders / decision makers in either a personal or professional environment, and influence the thinking of others
  • Ability to set priorities and follow through on commitments
  • Can work effectively with diverse groups of people, and demonstrate creativity, innovation and initiative

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
