At the present time we have openings for Summer Bus Aides.
Job requirements & Responsibilities:
- Maintains order and safety. Free driver to concentrate on safe driving practices.
- Demonstrates patience and understanding. Offer support and direction to children with behavioral difficulties.
- Provides physical assistance to students who have difficulty climbing on or off bus.
- Enforces school discipline code on the bus and reports infractions to teacher and principal.
- Maintains confidentiality in discussing special education students.
- Works amiably and cooperatively with bus drivers, teachers, aides, parents, etc.
- Demonstrates punctuality and good attendance patterns.
Schedule:
Monday -Thursday
3-4 hours per day; final daily schedule will be determined once ESY routes are finalized
Rate:
$9.00/hour
