Manager Job Responsibilities
· Develop management staff and crew to ensure the store is following Food Safety Programs
· Balancing high volume with high quality
· Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served
· Comply with Burger King's portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules
· Ensure employees and managers are using checklists and following Burger King's specs
· Ensure the proper ordering and receiving of food products
· Ensure accurate inventory, food costs, and daily paper work
· Ability to understand and develop staff on Profit & Loss Statements
· Properly maintain equipment per manufacturer’s and company specification
· Participate in ongoing training and development of all restaurant operations which leads to a productive, profitable, and positive work environment.
Requirements include:
· Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality
· Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment
· Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions
· Open availability and flexibility are a must – ability to work a changing schedule
