Full-Time Duties: Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

• Receives incoming customer correspondence via phone or email for preventative maintenance information ·
• Communicates with customers and field personnel in a professional manner via telephone and email ·
• Ensure timely response and follow-up to all inquires ·
• Assist in the execution of projects or programs to support key accounts · Dispatched BUNN and 3rd party service providers to customer locations · Challenge status que to identify more productive business practices · Obtains and evaluates pertinent information to determine appropriate corrective actions to resolve customer issues ·
• Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of beverage equipment operation, functionality, and warranty ·
• Recordkeeping of all service orders, completions, PM kits, etc. of all Preventive Maintenance customers ·
• Follow-up on PM completions ·
• Work closely with service resources in the field on PM issues ·
• Pursue on-going learning for professional and personal improvement · Works 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 5:30pm and some holidays to respond to customers ·
• Performs other duties as assigned

Full-Time Requirements: Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred ·
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, proper telephone etiquette and experience with basic computer applications ·
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting on projects
• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
• Highly motivated, goal oriented and organized
• Must have exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude
