The Job:
As a Building Performance / Energy Analyst, your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
Detailed energy modeling
Energy analysis of design alternatives
Building performance analysis and audits
Energy compliance code calculations
Energy study report writing
LEED submittals
Estimation of energy measure costs
Targeted HVAC design and layout

Qualified candidates should have:
BSME (or equivalent)
1+ years’ of energy modeling and/or building performance assessments
Proficiency with eQUEST, IES-VE, EnergyPlus/Open Studio, or other energy modeling software
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of industry codes and standards

Ideal candidates will have:
3+ years' of energy modeling and/or building performance assessments
Master's Degree in relevant engineering discipline
LEED Accreditation (or ability to obtain)
Professional Engineering License (or working towards)
Python scripting and/or other data science experience
CFD modeling experience
Working knowledge of computer aided design tools (AutoCAD & Revit)
Commissioning experience
