Budtender Job at Bond Solutions, LLC
Seeking enthusiastic and personable budtenders that are passionate about customer service and education. Must have strict adherence to laws and regulations concerning medical marijuana.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Provide superior customer service to both vendors and patients
- Assess individual patient needs by asking questions, careful listening and understand to provide educated information
- Understand HIPPA compliance and keep all customer information confidential
- Process individual transactions with accuracy
- Participate in continuous training on medical conditions and new products being carried by the dispensary
- Communicate with sensitivity and respect for customers, staff and visitors
- Perform opening and closing procedures as directed
- Ensure departmental and dispensary compliance to state and local law.
- Ensure accuracy of assigned cash register
- Prevent the diversion of medical cannabis to anyone other than authorized patients
- Have complete knowledge of the seed-to-sale software and adhere to individual purchase limit
- Communicate regularly with the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager to satisfy department needs and patient feedback
- Maintain overall appearance, organization and cleanliness of the dispensary and your assigned work area
- Assist in the inventory process as requested
- Be an ambassador for the company
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager or Regional Manager
- Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by start date, which includes submitting fingerprints and passing criminal background check
- Minimum age requirement 21 years
