The Cellar & Packaging Specialist position is responsible for all aspects of the cold-side production process. This role covers cellar-related duties through fermenter and brite tank cleaning, yeast propagation and harvesting, beer filtration/carbonation, packaging support duties, and sensory evaluation. This position requires a teamwork-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated individual with a passion for craft beer and a desire to continue learning and growing within the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols
• Cellar data collection and analysis
• Raw materials handling
• Beer filtration and carbonation
• Fermenter and Brite Tank CIP
• Cellar monitoring, yeast handling, and pitching
• Barrel filling, racking, tasting, and maintenance
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary and organized work environment
• Properly documenting all tasks performed
• Follow the production schedule to ensure orders are met on time
• Ensure quality control is met throughout brewing process

This position is a five day a week, eight hours a day role. Nights and Saturdays may be required at times.
