The Country Inn & Suites is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented dishwasher during our morning hours of 5:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Full time and part time are available.

Compensation starts at $17.00 per hour. We are also offering an $800.00 sign-on bonus. Half of this bonus is paid up front on your first paycheck. The second half is paid out after successfully completing your 30th day of employment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen

• Thoroughly washes all dishware, kitchenware, flatware, etc. by hand and/or with dishwasher as instructed
• Sweeps, scrubs, and mops the kitchen floors
• Clears drains
• Assists cooks in cleaning kitchen equipment
• Maintains inventory of cleaning chemicals

Maintains cleanliness and organization of dining room

• Helps clear tables as needed
• Empties dishware collection bins
• Empties waste bins
• Assists Breakfast Attendants as needed
• Washes dining room windows
• Greets guests with our Yes I Can! Service attitude

Assists Cooks and F&B Managers with inventory and stocking of food deliveries

Requirements/Skills

• Experience in a foodservice environment preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to transport up to 50 lbs occasionally through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to hear with 100% accuracy with correction
• Ability to stand and exert well paced mobility for an eight (8) hour shift
• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 70 pounds on an ongoing basis
• Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist on an ongoing basis
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
