I am looking to start a year-round breakfast business. I am looking for someone with baking experience along with creativity when it comes to breakfast. The ability to make hollandaise upscale french toast, desert crepes would be required. Fresh bagels would be excellent. We are a 50 seat 26 year old Fine Dining Establishment This would be a full time year-round Take Charge position except for vacation time which would be at least several weeks a year. Wages are negotiable. I am located at the interchange Exit 23 of I-87, The Adirondack Northway in the Town of Lake George which is the busiest exit between Glens Falls and Plattsburg.
