Education and Experience:

· Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in the Logistics Industry within an international environment

· Minimum of eight (8) years if supervisory/managerial experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or other business-related field required or equivalent professional experience. Master’s degree preferred.

The Branch Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing the daily operations of the branch specific to Operations, Transportation and Facilities Management, ensuring that the team is performing efficiently and effectively. The Branch Manager also operates in a pastoral care capacity for the global functions including Finance, Human Resources, Quality & Analytics, Compliance, and Information Technology.

Driving the Branch’s Operational Performance Provide leadership, motivation, coaching, and guidance. Foster continuous improvement while supporting the company’s executive management team to promote efforts aimed at improving current business processes, profitability, and the customer experience.

· Develop, execute and monitor site/operational plans, inspiring and providing guidance to line management to achieve goals

· Provide direction and support for all activities and issues specific to Operations Department ensuring operational excellence

· Collaborate with global managers to resolve any identified issues

Manage all warehouses under their authority within parameters set forth by budgeted guidelines for operating costs. Ensure facilities upkeep as well as anticipated long- and short-term improvements and maintenance​. Ensure maintenance or outsource compliantly to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Addressing emergencies when direct managers are not available or outside of direct manager’s hours).

Develop, monitor and control assigned budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
