We rely on our Branch Managers to coach, develop, and empower their team to provide the very best member service in the industry! Through community involvement and excellent leadership, the Branch Manager will drive the Slidell Branch to achieve all sales and production goals. This position is responsible for ensuring the financial needs of our members are being met and assisting them in any way possible to meet their personal financial goals.
Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, is a self-starter, problem-solver, and has a strong passion for developing others. This candidate should enjoy community involvement and be very comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
All candidates who wish to be considered must have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Finance, or other business-related field and 5 years of experience to include branch operations and a combination of experience in lending, deposits, and/or teller duties. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education. Computer skills are a must, and prior supervisory experience is highly desired. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
