Heritage Professional Products Group (PPG) is a fast-growing company looking for the most talented team of people that work together to deliver the industry’s best products and services.
We are seeking an experienced self-motivated, customer service-oriented Branch Manager that is knowledgeable in our product industry. This full-time autonomous position will be responsible for growing and maintaining customers in the area and supporting branch operations within the Southwest Florida market.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hiring and management of all site employees ie: (Drivers, Warehouse and Customer Service Associates)
  • Maintain all site equipment and compliance requirements.
  • Effective relationships with sales representatives, assisting with problem solving and finding solutions
  • Inventory and Expense Management
  • Employee training, conduct required safety/DOT meetings
  • Directing all branch operations; sales, service, delivery and business development strategies to ensure the branch achieves the desired results.
  • Maintain an efficient, clean, safe, and orderly branch operation for the benefit of employees, customers and vendors.
  • Provide execution and support of daily tasks such as order entry, answering phones, purchasing product, deliveries, end of day procedures, sales tax errors, pricing/profitability, etc.
  • Focus daily activities on achieving the highest level of customer service and embrace opportunities to expand the market and/or market share.

Education and Experience:

  • Business/Agribusiness degree preferred OR 2+ years of related experience including supply chain/operations management.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Previous relevant experience managing all aspects of a site operation (financials, employee relations, EHS, process/procedural design, customer relations, etc).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Intermediate pc skills, basic knowledge of common programs, smartphones, hardware/software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in related fields: Ornamental, Golf, Lawn Care, Pest Control, Ornamental Plant Nursery, etc.
  • Proficiency in Agility ERP system
