Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. Responsibilities include keeping financial records, invoicing, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and preparing annual reports. You will utilize QuickBooks to process business transactions like accounts payable, accounts receivable and disbursements. The objective is to facilitate the company’s daily business functions to run accurately and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience required
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 years (preferred)
- Banking experience: 1 years required
- Associate degree or relevant certification a plus
- Law Office experience a plus

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process invoices
- Prepare bank deposits, journal entries and reconcile statements
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Must have strong written and communication skills
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel, including ordering office supplies
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
