We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with a passion for helping children reach the services that will assist them in realizing their fullest potential! Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs.
• Empower and coach parents and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments and design/implement individual treatment plans.
• Uphold the company mission, core values, and ethical standard at all times.
• Always maintain a professional relationship with clients and providers
• Manage own schedule and caseload.
• Maintain the confidentiality of information including client records (HIPAA laws), personnel information and other relevant issues.

Requirements

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Completion of BCBA supervision training
• LBA as applicable in states that require licensing
