Maxxic Services is a new licensed behavior health company that empowers children with delays or disabilities and their families to thrive by providing skilled intervention. Our model is a personalized approach through holistic therapy for our clients. Our mission is to serve clients and families with individualized plans that support growth throughout all transitions of life. We are excited to launch our new agency and want to hire a BCBA that has the drive and passion to develop and grow our Behavior Department. We are offering a salaried position for full time applicants and would work with you on building a flexible caseload. We specialize in direct in-home therapy so if you are wanting to work with children and adults of any ages then we are the perfect place to come work!

We are needing to hire for January 2023 so please let us know if you are interested in a new role for the new year.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments

· Use evaluation tools such as VB-MAPP, the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III

· Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual

· Supervise and train ABA therapists; implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA therapists

· Train parents, caregivers and ABA therapists who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

· Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

· Salary range- $75,000- $85,000 annually for full-time therapists

Qualifications:

· You must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

· Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities

· Experience with common ABA assessments, teaching methods, treatment procedures, and data collection systems

· Conduct functional behavior assessments and analysis

· Write behavioral positive behavior support plans

· Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.

· Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism
