Qualities we are seeking in our BIM Coordinator position:

Technical Qualities:

Preferred Application/Program Working Experience (will be requesting a portfolio of work):

• Revit (MEP)
• AutoCAD (MEP)
• Navisworks
• Bluebeam

Applications/Programs not necessary, but are a plus to have experience in:

• Procore
• Autodesk 360
• Revizto
• Monday
• Google Suites
• Box

Ability to fully comprehend a set of Construction Contract Documents

• Including how to read one-lines and riser diagrams
• Correspond information from schedules into physical entities that you need to model in a 3D environment.

Individual Qualities:

• A self-starting individual who can approach a project proactively and with accountability.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of basic construction methods, processes, and procedures
• Coordination Meeting experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
