As Billings unit Superintendent, you are a key team member promoting our business and brand. You are responsible for day to day execution of landscape projects and crews in conjunction with the Operations Manager making sure that time expectations, goals and budgets are met. You will also be responsible for cultivating customer relationships and be the unit ambassador on jobsites. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented. You are self-confident, ambitious, have a positive attitude and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Job performance management-Ensure all Jobs are completed on time and under budget.
- Crew leadership-Supervise multiple landscape crews and jobsites at once.
- Ensure all safety, mechanical, company and franchise SOP's are followed by crews.
- Maintain records of all materials used on jobsites.
- Upsell of services at established jobsites.
- Contract evaluation and execution
- Sales
- Develop project schedules and report on progress
- Winter Snow removal
- Spanish Speaking a plus (we provide training)
- Landscape, construction and irrigation experience- 5 or more years.
- Management of crews or teams
- Valid Driver's License
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player who can work independently
