Billing Analyst Job at Abacus Group LLC
Job Summary:
As a Billing Analyst, you will dive into our complex billing cycle, using your analytical skills and extreme attention to detail to ensure correct invoicing to our clients. You will collaborate cross functionally, both internally and with clients, answer billing related questions, work with the team on process improvements related to billing and other projects. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate looking to make an impact in a small business.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Learn and be able to perform a very complex and detailed billing process
- Communicate with teams across the organization to get answers to questions that relate to billing
- Review, analyze and reconcile billing quantities for each product by client
- Provide monthly invoice variance analysis by customer and product
- Review and analyze by client by product revenue trend
- Send Invoices to clients
- Ad-hoc projects and reports as required
- This position will report to the office M-F for the initial training period with potential to transition to hybrid work schedule
Skills:
- Strong communication and customer services skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extreme attention to details
- Microsoft Excel skills (all reconciliations and analysis are done in Excel)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 year of experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
