Our client is looking for a full-time Bilingual Office Assistant for their New Windsor office.


This is a full time, temp-to hire position, 8am-5pm paying $16 per hour. Our client is looking for someone who is a fast learner with a positive attitude and eager to learn more. Candidates who have at least one year of administrative experience are preferred. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and apply for immediate consideration.

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • QuickBooks experience is required; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel preferred
  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to handle a multi line phone system

Office Assistant Job Duties

  • Maintaining and updating client database
    • Ensuring all documents are filed in appropriate places
  • Copying information from hard copy files onto Excel spreadsheets
  • Printing account statements for various clients
  • Routine clerical duties
    • Answering phones, scheduling meetings, greeting guests, etc
