Bilingual Call Center Representative Job at Southern Dental Alliance
Patient Support Services Coordinator schedules for multiple offices that include Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, and Pediatric dentistry. Patient Support Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, working Unscheduled/Quickfill List to maintain a full schedule. PSS coordinator is expected to maintain professional line of communication between all offices and their managers to ensure accuracy.
