Benefits Analyst Job at Talen Energy Corporation
What will you own?
Supports benefit programs including, but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D, EAP, voluntary benefits, 401(k) and Pension.
Supports open enrollment initiatives to ensuring a successful open enrollment experience for all employees and retirees, which include development of communication strategy, Workday updates, and intranet site updates.
Resolves employee benefit inquiries with little supervision
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline or equivalent related experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a HR benefits role
Human Resources experience in a union environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience in the energy sector is preferred
Experience using Workday software is preferred
Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is preferred
