What You Will be Doing
As a Direct Support Professional with SWC, you will have the opportunity to engage in the lives of the individuals we serve by being a part of their day-to-day life. This part of the job is not only fun, but it ensures that those we serve are living their best lives and are a critical part of this role! We are seeking individuals to join our team that embrace the same values we do-love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. These values guide everything we do.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct programming and dietary, laundry, toileting, housekeeping support. Our DSP team members work in conjunction with the extended SWC team to ensure those that we serve can live a meaningful life. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
