POSITION: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL
HOURS: 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
LOCATION: PROGRAM
AVAILABLE: IMMEDIATELY
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a human services or closely related field plus experience with behavioral assessments and behavioral plans. An applicant must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisors, department heads, and employees. Applicant must have working knowledge of computer software applications to include Microsoft Office and other related applications. Must successfully complete Act 33, 34, & 73 clearances.
JOB RESPONSILITIES: Responsible for completing ECHA's Behavioral/Maladaptive assessments. Attending all resident Psych Reviews. Participate in the Behavioral Review Committee. Responsible for maintaining and updating schedules for re-evaluations, program reviews, ISP reports, etc. Develop, train and monitor Behavioral Support Plans. Attends meetings as needed (ISP, residential group home, etc). Co-Chair the EHCA Human and Legal Rights Commitee.
