We are looking for a Behavior Technician Supervisor to join our team and provide support to our clients as they progress through their drug addiction and recovery treatment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individualized training plans for staff. Updating policies and procedures of the BHT staff, as well as training staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavior modification and a passion for helping others reach their goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a difference in the lives of those in need. The BHT department is the heartbeat of our residential facility. The ideal candidate will be willing to work alongside all staff members and help train the team to support our clients. Our main goal is to reconnect mothers with their children as they learn to recover from their addictions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement policies and procedures for the BHT staff
• Supervise all BHT staff.
• Work along staff at least once a month working each shift. 7-3, 3-11, 11-7.
• Conduct assessments and observations to track progress.
• Provide positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Monitor and document data related to behavior interventions.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop behavior plans.
• Provide feedback to parents and other professionals on progress and strategies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for clients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
