Searching for candidates to work with young children diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder between the ages of 2-8 years old. Please note: current clients do not have severe challenging and/or dangerous behavior.
Position covers clients in the following towns: Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Brookline.
Experience is required, though a new BCBA waiting for licensing may be considered for the right fit.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst, experience with private school, home and community-based settings preferred
- LABA in the state of MA or in process of acquiring
- reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clients
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- self-starter and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other providers (OT, SLP, etc.)
- daily paperwork, including: data input & analysis, treatment planning and modification, curriculum writing and modification
- Strong supervisory skills and ability to provide constructive feedback to RBTS/therapists on cases
- Parent, caregiver, and teacher training as needed
Additional Info:
- Direct deposit bi-weekly through payroll service
- Mileage reimbursement for travel between client sessions

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
