JOB SUMMARY:

Accountable for the pleasant greeting and servicing of the guest, primarily by taking and filling orders for food and beverages.

FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• 
  Be aware of your appearance at all times. Uniforms must by clean daily, nametags must be worn and hair must be well kept out of the face.
• Accurately take, fill and charge guest orders for food and beverages.
• Give prompt, attentive, and courteous service to guest at all times, according to the company standards.
• Perform all opening and closing side duties, as assigned per shift requirement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of menu, including method of food preparation and current prices.
• Knowledge of proper wine service.
• Familiarity with Arizona liquor laws, as well as company requirements.
• Must become certified by Coconino County Health Department.
• Maintain adequate stock in your area and let management know if you are running low on any supplies.
• Keep work area clean and report any maintenance problems to management.
• Accountable for a cash bank and make daily deposits of sales
• Turn all items left at the table/bar into the front desk/lost and found.
• Help promote teamwork by helping fellow employees when you are caught up with your duties.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• 
  Ability to twist or bend
• Ability to stand, or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry trays with a maximum weight of up to 50 lbs., for as far as 100ft.
• Ability to work inside with others/alone

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:

• 
  Employment Eligibility for the United States

• 
  High School graduate or equivalent required
• Excellent customer service skill
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must possess excellent oral communication skills
• Basic knowledge of mixology
• Ability to maintain a positive and fun workplace
• Familiarity with Arizona liquor laws
