Bartender Job at Proper Brewing Co
The Service Bartender will be an integral part of the operation of the restaurant. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Keeping the bar area clean and well maintained
- Stocking all alcohol and maintaining an accurate inventory
- Measuring and pouring alcoholic drinks as they are ordered by the wait staff
- Stocking and maintaining glassware and cocktail garnishes
- Ensuring all alcoholic beverages are prepared correctly and in a timely fashion
Qualified candidates for this position will:
- Have a valid Utah Food Handler Permit or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Have a valid Utah Alcohol Service Certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Have at least one year of bartending or restaurant experience
- Possess some knowledge of alcoholic beverages
- Be 21 years of age or older
