SERVER:

• POSITION SUMMARY: The full-time server is responsible for serving lunch and dinner to the Residents and preparing the service area for the next meal. A full-time server will be responsible for serving breakfast and the operation of the cafeteria when assigned to that shift.

• Clearing used and soiled china, glassware and silverware, and transporting it from the dining room to the kitchen.

• Cleaning, to include the cleaning of tables, chairs, equipment, rugs, trays, etc.
• Washing and drying of server aprons

• Demonstrates understanding and complies with Pine Run's EXPOSURE PREVENTION PLAN for occupational exposure of blood borne pathogens.

• When needed, assists production staff with preparation and service of the meal.
• Assist Utility when needed.

Wet floors and extreme temperatures in the kitchen area.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must pass required health screen and testing before employment begins and yearly thereafter, as applicable to the position.
• Must have an acceptable criminal history report as defined by the Older Adults Protective Services Act and its amendments.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Good communication skills, patience, coordination, and good grooming habits
• The ability to work well with supervisors and co-workers.

BARTENDER:

(This position does not accept tips)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and restocking of the service area and for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the Residents and their guests.
