Omnium Brewing is a new brewery entering the New England Market. Our first location will be in Somersworth, NH with an expected opening date of Late Fall 2022. Our second location will be in Nashua, NH which is expected to be open in Spring 2023. Omnium Brewing desires to not only brew the best beer in New England but also provide the best food pairing to compliment the beer we produce.

Come join our Team! We have an immediate opening for an experienced and customer service orientated individual to fill the position of Bartender in our brew pub.

In this role you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to our guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Successfully perform craft bartending tasks.

• Arrives to work on time in proper in proper uniform.

• Prepare for opening according to company procedures including inspection for adequate supplies, procuring additional supplies as necessary, and preparing garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks.

• Ensure proper pour procedures and recipes are adhered.

• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes.

• Orders are inputted into the POS immediately.

• Assist Bar Supervisor in cocktail recipe and menu creation.

• Educate staff on product knowledge and beverage procedures.

• Observe and assess member/guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service. * Report complaints and alcohol related incidents to a manager as soon as they occur.

• Greet every member/guest as they enter.

• Prior to departure, present the check to member/guest with accurate charges.

• Uphold bar cleanliness and organization according to company guidelines.

• Requisition liquor, beer, wine, tobacco, and sundries to ensure stock is maintained at par levels.

• Maintain daily inventory and records showing which drinks and liquors are in the greatest demand. Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required reports.

• Visually inspect all bar and food service areas to ensure they are clean and presentable to guests. * Complies with all Food and Beverage regulations and liquor laws, including but not limited to checking ID before serving liquor to a member/guest that looks under 30 years of age.

• Assist staff with other duties as business dictates.

• Assist in all Food and Beverage outlets as business requires.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Able to work a flexible schedule, primarily evenings and weekends (including holidays).

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Server certifications preferred. Excellent customer service skills.
