Bartender ($800 Sign on Bonus) Job at Cache Creek Casino Resort (Brooks, CA)
$800 Bonus paid after successful completion of 90 days working as a Bartender!
Summary:
Prepare beverages and provide beverage service in a friendly courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Prepare beverages for service by cocktail servers. Act as a cashier for the beverage outlet.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Promote and document orders for drinks, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested (required memorization of all available drinks).
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
- Input orders at the point of sale and create a check for each guest/party, including those served by cocktail servers, to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
- Present the guests with their check promptly, thanking them and inviting them to return.
- Receive payment from guests and make change as needed. Verify validity and record charges and insure vouchers are properly executed to insure all monies balance.
- Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar on a daily basis. Maintain cleanliness of guest areas at all times, including removing empty bottles/glasses and cleaning ashtrays.
Education and/or Experience:
Bartending school certificate or 3 months bartending experience. Customer service skills required.
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License. TIPS Alcohol Awareness Certificate
