ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
- Responsible for delivering excellent Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner.
- Greet Guests in a friendly manner and taking drink orders and answering questions about menu choices.
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other drinks to Guest specifications.
- Responsible for receiving payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the Venue.
- Answer Guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management.
- Maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs.
- Participate as a team member with Supervisors, Chefs, Cooks, Cashiers, and all other pertinent Associates in
- ensuring an efficiently run operation.
- Responsible for preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with
- established specifications.
- Scoop ice cream to fill Guest orders.
- Follow all recipe and control procedures.
- Responsible for always maintaining a clean and sanitary area in full accordance with state health regulations.
- Encourages mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all Associates, by always setting positive examples.
- Assists in all areas of food and beverage production as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
